Cheddar Sausage Balls

This awesomely simple appetizer is great by itself or with your favorite dips!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Gore's sausage (mild, sage, or hot)
  • 1 cup Gore's sharp cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup Bisquick baking mix

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix all ingredients in large bowl. Form into meatball size balls and bake for 20 minutes.
Best to eat while warm.
